Community Survey
What's it all about?
Community Survey to ask for views on health and social care services in Wokingham Borough.
Objectives
This survey aimed to find out what members of the community thought about health and social care services and to gather the views of the wider public. Findings and recommendations will be reported back to commissioners of services.
Methodology
A questionnaire was used in order to capture people’s initial experiences of health and social care service. The design of the questionnaire is one used by Reading LINk which was piloted to make sure that it was easy to use before the design was finalised.
Target Audience
The survey was launched in May 2010. Approximately 600 surveys have been circulated throughout Wokingham. Surveys were sent to all 500 participants of the LINk.
