Devon Partnership Trust provides Mental Health and Learning Disability Services for Devon.
Devon Partnership NHS Trust was established in 2001.
It employs around 2,000 staff and around 100 staff assigned from Devon County Council and Torbay Unitary Authority, including social workers and support workers.
It serves a large geographical area with a population of more than 850,000 people and provides services for:
- Adults
- Older people
- People with alcohol and substance misuse issues
- People with a learning disability
- People with a severe eating disorder who require a stay in hospital
- People who need forensic or secure mental health services (usually people that have come into contact with the criminal justice system).
