The Host Organisation for the Torbay LINk

The host organisation for the Torbay LINk is called Help and Care, it is a Bournemouth based charity that provides information and advice for older people, carers and communites.

Help and Care is the host organisation for several LINks across the South West of England. Its role as the LINk host is to provide support for each LINk to be an effective voice for its residents.

The Torbay LINk is keen to ensure that it involves all of its residents and is as inclusive as possible. It is particularly interested in people and groups who are usually under-represented and looks to find ways in which they can be involved.

The Torquay Office is staffed by; Pat Harris full time development officer, Sarah Bickley part-time administrator and myself - Gilly Greenham part-time Communications officer.
