What is "patient transport"?
Patient transport means transport that was booked to take you to a hospital or clinic appointment. It may have been a booked ambulance, or a hospital car or a voluntary car or a taxi. It may also include a train or bus for which you were reimbursed at the hospital. If you have used any of these services, we want to hear your views!
