HEARSAY! Update
2nd Annual HEARSAY! Social Care Event
Please note: due to a huge response there are no more places available now.
However we value your comments about social care services and would ask you to please contribute to Hearsay! by filling in the COMMENT FORM and return it to the LINk office or email to sue.marshall@helpandcare.org.uk
All feedback you make will be included in the discussions at the event and will form part of the Hearsay! annual report. We will let you know what happened at the Hearsay! event and keep you updated with all feedback.
This event is for people who use Adult Social Care services and their carers, friends and family members. Come along and have your say about how Oxfordshire County Council are running the services that you use. Last year was a huge success with many of you coming to speak directly to the people who are in charge of organising your services. You told us what was working well for you, if something wasn't quite right or if something was missing that would really help. Suggestions were made on how to improve the services and the Council has been working hard to achieve these. Come and hear what they Council has been doing since the first Hearsay! a year ago and tell us if things have changed for the better.

1st Annual Report
Following the Hearsay! event on 12 March 2010, a report has been produced and has been very well received by the Social and Community Services Directorate Leadership Team at County Council and presented to the Adult Services Scrutiny Committee. All those who attended the event have received the final report.
