Would you like to be a representative as part of the NHS Berkshire West Team that evaluates submissions from providers for the Musculoskelatal Physiotherapy Service?
• Do you want to make sure that the experiences and views of patients are central to the ethos and future improvement of services?
• Do you have ideas about what is important to local patients and what changes
they may like to see in their service?
• Do you have some time to spare to attend meetings and read the relevant paper work?
• Do you think you could represent a broad range of people’s views?
• Are you able and willing to travel to meetings in Bath Road, Reading?
