A message from Musgrove Park Hospital:

"Please help Musgrove Park Hospital choose our Quality Improvement Priorities for 2012.

We are asking Governors, our membership, staff and the general public to help us choose our quality improvement priorities for next year.

We need to focus on topics that patients, the public and our staff, are telling us give them cause for concern or are important to them.

This survey gives you the opportunity to help us focus our efforts on topics that matter to those that use Musgrove Park Hospital. We recognise all the topics are important and we want to know which of these matters most to you.

The areas to chose from are as follows:

  • Patients receiving adequate food and drinks in hospital
  • Medicines for patients going home
  • Care of patients with dementia
  • Cancelled appointments and operations
  • How well we communicate with patients and their families
  • Preventing falls whilst in hospital
  • Preventing pressure sores whilst in hospital
  • Infection prevention and control
  • Clinical administration (i.e. letters about appointments)
