LINks Information Events ...the story so far
Ever since the beginning of the new LINks initiative, which launched in April 2008, your local LINks support host, Help and Care, have been raising awareness in Bournemouth, Poole, Dorset and Torbay.
Three LINks Information Events have been held with great success during June this year, and were attended by a variety of community groups. The events used a presentation and workshops to raise awareness and knowledge of LINks, which were all received positively by the attendees.
The people who came to the events asked many questions about LINks and it's benefits, which provided good discussion for the workshops. Overall, the feedback from the community groups who attended was encouraging and enthusiastic.
