Upcoming LINk election

You are invited to nominate yourself to become a Stewardship Group member of the Isle of Wight LINk (Local Involvement Group).

The Stewardship Group is the deliberative body of the LINk and is formed of 15 elected LINk participants. The Stewardship group has agreed that 5 members of the group be re-elected annually. Therefore there are 5 vacancies to be filled from April 2010.

Stewardship Group members need to be able to commit 10 hours per month to this role. Appropriate training and support is available to all Stewardship Group members.

The deadline for completed self nominations is Friday February 5th with voting due to take place in mid February and March. Candidates will be notified of the outcome by the end of March.

Nominees’ election statements will be distributed to all Isle of Wight LINk members in early February 2010 and will be placed on this website.  

All registered LINk participants are eligible to cast their vote and you will be contacted after all nominations have been received. However For LINk participants who have only provided us with an email address, please note you will not be able to vote in these elections unless you provide us with a postal address. You can contact us either by email isleofwightlink@helpandcare.org.uk or contact us on 0300 111 0102 – your information will be stored securely and we will not pass your details on to anyone else without your expressed permission.
